1. Download your preferred theme and ensure that you save the icons in your iPhone's Gallery.
2. Open the Shortcut App on your iPhone.
3. Select "Add Action".
4. Choose "Scripting".
5. Select "Open App".
6. Tap "Choose".
7. Choose the app whose icon you wish to change.
8. In the top right corner, locate the three dots and tap on them.
9. Select "Add to Home Screen".
10. Choose a name and tap the shortcut icon.
11. Select "Photo" and open your Gallery.
12. Choose the desired icon from the existing images.
13. Tap "Add" in the upper right corner.
14. Observe the new icon shortcut on your Home Screen.
